My boiler stopped working properly on the coldest week of the year, I called late at night and first thing next morning a technician was at my door ready to help! He was very nice and explained how my system works and answered all my questions and was unbelievably nice and patient answering all my questions. You can tell the technician is very skilled and knowledgeable as he was able to find my problem in just a few short minutes. He got my problem solved and went over a few things of maintenance that can be done to help the life expectancy of my boiler. My furnace stopped running on a Sunday on a freezing cold -7 degree day. All American HVAC came to the rescue with caring and quick service. I am so grateful. The service technician Rick was friendly and found the issue and got our furnace up and running.
These guys were great! We've been having trouble with our furnace this year and they were able to fix it and clean it and get it working right away! I'm glad they got our heat working! Thank you!
