I had bought a weed trimmer at menards that did not work. they said I could not return it since I had put gas in it but that I could get it repaired under warranty and gave me a list of repair shops.. The first couple places I called did not sound very promising . The third place was affordable electric that was further away but the lady Rachel was very courteous and said to bring it in. I got the weed trimmer back the next week working great. because the problem was spark plug related it was not covered under warranty so I got a discounted bill that was decent.
