I phoned "Dirt Bee Gone" the first time last week. Not only was he available to come out to shampoo my carpets when I wanted, He did a outstanding job they looked really good ! The price was so much better than a lot of other commercial companies that I have personally used in the past. I have highly recommend "Dirt Bee Gone"
