One call to Susnset from Denison Texas, Sunset arranged for local funeral services to pickup, cleanup, embalmed, arranged travel of body to Covington Indiana. I talked in the beginning to the Manager of Curb Appeal about what,when and how Curb Appeal Crew was going to replace the roof on my garage. I said I wanted shingles to match my house roof, not the metal roof. I also has some roof soffits etc.,which needed repair. No problem! The manager sent someone after our initial discussion to evaluate what materials would be needed.After a certain time period, the Manager came back and discussed the cost of materials and labor to replace the roof etc. I asked the Manager if I could provide the materials since I had discounts at Home Depot because I'm a Veteran.We came to an agreement which I could pay for materials and get the discount and he was more than happy to agree with the my idea.I would pay Home Depot for the materials and a time date was set. I would also pay Curb Appeal for the labor.The crew of 4 members showed up on Feb 14th and immediately began to setting up for doing their work. . For performing the task .They started taking the old shingles off.(see photo) .Home Depot was to deliver materials to my home. The crew finished preparing the roof for new shingles etc. The materials didn't show up and didn't show. A crew member called Home Depot and found the material were not available at my local store and would not arrive until that evening. The crew then finished the preparation for the other materials,cleaned up the area and said they would return the next morning to finish the installation. A HUGE NOTE: when they clean up the area, I mean they leave NO trash, nails, wood or anything on the ground.The crew came back next day,same time, Using materials that had been delivered. Started placing shingles and replacing the soffits (see photos). This crew worked very well as a team and did not stand around if all materials were available. They finished the job and were gone by 2 pm. By the way, they left the on the ground spotless and the temperature never got above freezing!The next day it SNOWED !!! Thank you Curb Appeal.
