I worked for this guy Josh Raiser. He uses the cheapest materials and hires people off the streets that don't know what their doing to help but don't pay. He wanted me to use 2 different colors of paint on a customer's house because he would not buy anymore. When the job was finished and only touch up left, he told me not to come back and still owes me $1100. He also tried adding on more work that we never even discussed to find a reason not to pay me. I had a bad vibe from the beginning but he also has a bad body odor so I thought that might be the problem. Do not use him or work for him. I worked for this guy for a month. I was told he had a hard time finding good employees because everyone was on drugs. The reason Josh Raisor has a hard time keeping people is because he doesn't know how to run a business. He doesn't know how to do any of the work himself but likes to complain because things don't get done as fast as he wants. Then at the end of the week he likes to blame the customers for not paying him and decides not to pay the people working for him. Josh and his crew are very professional and did great work in a very time efficient manner. I had them do several repairs on a home I was selling and they not only did great work and a cheap price, but they did it in short notice and had it completed very quickly. Highly recommend using them for any home repair needs.
