We needed to find out if we had bed bugs or not. The service tech took his time, listened to the history we had of no bites and no live bugs. After close inspection of the bed, baseboards, sofa and curtains, he was able to confirm they were carpet beetles and not bed bugs. Appreciated the thorough inspection and friendliness of service tech.

the office professionals make scheduling an appointment so easy from start to finish. the girls in the office are so polite and kind. the technician that i spoke with was very knowledgeable and educated me on many things i did not know about mosquitos, like the fact that it only takes one tablespoon of standing water for mosquitoes to be able to lay their larva. my mosquito problem was taken care of and i’m able to enjoy my outdoor space again! you have no idea how much joy this brings me. thank you YES Pest Pros for being professional, educated, and always on time.

We thought we might have an issue in our crawl space with all the rain lately. While Mike with Yes Pest Pros was here a few days ago, we asked if when he put the mice bait in the crawl space, would he check a certain are that we thought might have got water with all the rain. He said "sure" and reported to us all was "dry". We really did appreciate him doing that.
