Nate was wonderful. Explained everything and was very patient with me and all my questions. Eric on the other hand came here day after labor day was here 15 min and did absolutely nothing.
My name is Tammy Burke and I’m writing two reviews. The first one is for Trent. Trent did the HVAC at my mother‘s house. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He explained everything before, and after He completed putting the system in. When it was time for the HVAC check up another Summers technician (Erik) came out and instead of checking the HVAC he tried to sell my mom and brother things they didn’t need. This is why I set it up that Trent can be the only person to come out to my house or my moms and do the HVAC air conditioning and heating. Excellent work and stick to it-ness on a job with lots of complications that were no fault of the team. Aiden and Bailey were polite, communicative, creative in working through solutions and left the place clean. Would highly reccomend.
