After a very hot weekend with no A/C, reliable was quick to respond and get someone out to service it. Our tech Daniel was knowledgeable and very efficient at getting our A/C up and running again. We are very Thankful we called Reliable!
Ball fret Soriano from Reliable Comfort serviced our A/C unit today. He washed the outside unit. He completed the work thoroughly. He was pleasant, thorough and gave good explanations. He promoted the company well, speaking of them as a family and how the company provides education regularly on a routine basis to the technicians.
My husband and I well both impressed. The company provides a good service plan also.
Just a note to thank you for the great employees you have. Rob was here today to explain and check some things on our heat pump. He is so personable, and knowable, the visit was great, and our questions were answered. Jeff and the office girls are great. We have been customers for 14 years, looking forward to many more.
