I called yesterday to request a diagnostic for my AC unit, and they were able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. The technician arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time, which impressed me. Anthony was very nice and personable. He did the diagnostic, provided me the results, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs the same day. He even explained the membership and helped save me some money on the repairs.
