I had an appointment booked with Tressa today June 18th and 1pm. She was suppose to cut my hair and give me a treatment. She booked it herself, so there was no middle man. Well, I showed up to my appointment but she did not. When I talked to her on the phone she simply just said that she doesn’t know why she booked it for today, but she obviously couldn’t do it and asked to rebook. Umm no thanks. Very bad first impression. Very unprofessional.
