By far the best gym in the country for anyone just getting into fitness to an experienced lifter. The owners are incredible and provide the most comfortable atmosphere where you feel like part of the family along with excellent, clean, and perfectly functioning equipment.

Makes me feel at home. They have a nice compliment of free weights, machines and cardio equipment. The owner and staff seem very polite as well as helpful. You don't see people just hanging around or playing with selfies the whole time. It is a come in and work hard type of atmosphere but without the hefty price tag. I'd say try them out and see for yourself

C-Fit has a perfect balance of equipment, free weights and cardio equipment; so no matter what you are looking to do or what your goals are C-Fit is for you! It’s the most friendly, clean and well managed gym I have been to and now I’m hooked!! The newer owners have done some great updates to the equipment, the lighting and the decor as well! The only gym I will ever go to! I 100% recommend!
