Coach was great with our 4 year old who is terrified of clippers! This was the first haircut using clippers that he hasn’t cried during. My son keeps talking about how much he loves his hair.

Ray cut both of my kids hair. They showed him a picture of the style they wanted and he said, "No problem!" He's super personable and friendly, and engaged the boys with questions. He could tell that my 8 year old was reserved and nervous, and Ray knew how to make him feel at ease by explaining each step and kept a relaxing calm vibe. If you're a mom of a sensitive kid, you know how much that means to my heart. We were in and out in 30 mins with fresh cuts, and both of my kids left and said, "That was the nicest guy ever; he was so cool."
