Exceptional honesty and service!
I visited my garage gym at 5am, only to find what seemed like thousands of termites pouring in. Concerned, I called Burt's and was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist's calm and expertise. After a few questions, she assured me they were swarming ants, not termites, and explained they were harmless. Most importantly, she could have recommended unnecessary treatments or even sent someone over to charge me money, but chose honesty instead. Such integrity is rare and earns my trust completely. Burt's will definitely have my business in the future!

Kiel from Burt's came out to my house and sprayed. He was so kind and patient with kids toys and clothes all over the floors. He wore booties to not get my house dirtier and was so good at explaining what they were doing and why. It was interesting to hear how they are constantly implementing new methods to not hurt the honeybee population, etc, as they get rid of pests. I'm so happy to use them. I totally trust them and appreciate their efforts to be honest, honorable, and pleasant to work with. 5 stars easy!
