Spoke with person on phone said they could work on computer, I explained the computer was in parts and he said no problem. After I drove 20 miles to get there the person at the counter told me that they cannot work on a computer in this status. Refused to work on it. Not reliable in my book.

I called this company and explained the computer was partially disassembled, the person said no problem the could inspect and repair. I walked in set the on the counter and the person said no we will not repair a computer in this state. Took the Computer to Midwest computer solutions and they had no problem.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I took my computer in for have bsods and boot issues. It costed me 300$ to get my computer back and it had a bsod again 2 days after getting it home and still has them now. This felt like wasted money.
