Just bought my 5th Riccar vacuum cleaner. I apparently vacuum more than what is "average". We have always had multiple dogs (3+ at a time) and the Riccar brand has stood the test of time. I would go through a vacuum cleaner every 18 months no matter the brand or price point. I stopped into an actual vacuum cleaner store over 20 years ago and was introduced to Riccar. I was so happy that Columbia City had a vacuum cleaner store when we moved here and Riccar was a brand they sold and serviced. "That Vac Guy" knows his product line, listens to what your needs are, and makes recommendations. He explains the features of the vacuum and how to get the best results. I am happy to support a local business and I appreciate having my vacuum serviced right there by the person I bought it from! No purchasing a service contract or shipping the vacuum to who knows where. Riccar is a quality product and buying local is always a win! This business should be everyone's go to for their vacuum cleaner. No guessing if it's a good vacuum cleaner and repairs are done in-house.
