Called about my furnace being down just as a winter storm was starting up. In spite of them being very busy, they still managed to work me in. Mike W. was the service guy. Professional as well as a nice guy.On a seperate call, Luke E. came out and did a great job diagnosing a problem!We have had a lot of stuff go out on us lately with flow tech helping us out a great deal.So multiple techs were involved. Chris and Brandon installed a new boiler furnace and did a great job and went above and beyond.Then the hot water heater went out. Ben came out right away to look at it. Called with an emergency at the end of the work day and within 30 minutes Cameron was at my front door. He quickly ID and explained the problem well.I had my follow up visit today and Cameron completed all needed repair/ replacement work efficiently and skillfully. He does a fantastic job explaining everything and is there to serve. He showed me and explained what to do if anything happens with cellar sewage or water issues. Fantastic employee!
Brandon was very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond, calm and reassuring that he had this-my well pump pipe bust and was still shooting water when he arrived. It was about 10 minutes from my call. He gave advice on clean up services. I went from panic to having the situation in control in less time than the call. He treated the situation like it was his own house, respectful. Have plumbing emergency?--No panic-call Flow Tech ask for Brandon-problem solved.
