Bravo Baskets just created the MOST BEAUTIFUL casket spray for my father’s casket!! I cannot express my appreciation for the beauty brought to a difficult event. It literally soothed my soul to see the arrangement and Cathy completely put into reality what my family expressed our wishes to be with the arrangement. Thank you!

Wonderful customer service! I emailed at 6:30 on a Monday morning with a custom/specific bouquet request for a funeral. I was pleasantly surprised at the email I received just a few minutes later telling me they were checking with their supplier and would be right back in touch. Within 20 min I received another email telling me the could fulfill my request and provided a cell number for contact. After confirming details and such a picture of the bouquets were sent to me for approval prior to delivery!
