Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable! I had concerns about mold on my block basement wall and an area of my attic that had some water damage. Mr. Hauk inspected the areas and provided a thorough explanation as to why it's likely mineral deposits left behind by the water, rather than mold, and gave detailed instructions for how to resolve the issue myself. I ended up not needing mold remediation services, but would have certainly used Hauk's and will certainly go to Hauk if I ever need any of their services in the future. I always appreciate a detailed explanation.
Went to them after having to many issues with Lowes. Hicks was quite a bit cheaper and a bigger selection. The new owner was great to work with. They did their measurements and gave me to price within 24hrs. We put our order in and a week later they installed the carpet. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Will use them for future rooms .
