“Shannon the receptionist is absolutely phenomenal! She's taking calls, handing in-person clients, AND running around the clinic making sure staff knows what and who's where, and making sure clients are taken care of after their treatments too. Such an asset!Dr. Matthew's is very chill and laid back, while also constantly moving to get to all patients, and somehow doing paperwork too. Very personable, he listens and asks questions to make sure he understands, casually asked me for permission to crack my neck first so it didn't feel like a big deal but also extremely respectful,...Overall a great first impression!Actual experience:I walked in (no appointment, came with a friend who recommended them), the paperwork did take a good 10 minutes to fill out, watched The Amazing Shannon keep the flow of the clinic going with her supports, but they squeezed me in even though they were clearly busy. I was taken to the xray room, got x-rays taken by the doctor and he went over them with me immediately, diagnosed me, went over a treatment plan which is meant to start next week, he cracked my neck real quick just to be kind, and I went on my way with a clearer head! Good vibes there, people were happy to be there albeit in some pain, and they got hot chocolate! ?“

“I had a few negative Great Clips cutting experiences so I gave Cass and Company a try. Wow. I had a consultation with Faith and she helped to assess where my hair was, where I wanted it to be, and came up with a game plan. I ended up with a much better suited style for my fine, straight hair type that will be easy to maintain and still look good as it grows out. She recommended some great products to add volume & texture and showed me an easier way to style my hair on days I want to do some work ;). And the shampoo/head massage? AMAZING. The salon was beautiful and clean and offered several different services that I look forward to exploring in the future for my brows and lashes. “Tara is great! She always listens to my ideas for my hair and I love that she has her own ideas for my hair when I arrive. While I am there she makes sure that I am comfortable. She takes her time and makes sure that my hair turns out exactly how I wanted it. She also drys and styles my hair before I leave. During my appointment we have a good conversation and she is relatable and easy to talk to.The shop is always clean and it is a comfortable environment.
