I was nervous about the appointment being awkward but Kareena’s genuine and friendly personality made me feel so comfortable. She walked me through every step of my appointment and she recommended specific after-care products for me based on my skin type. She isn’t one of those salespeople who just tries to make a dollar off you, she genuinely cares about your skin health and wants to make sure you have the right products and that you know how to use them.
