We feel the personalized attention our dogs have received over the years has been high quality, compassionate, and above and beyond anything we had ever expected. We have always had dogs and feel we learn something new at every visit!“

The care and compassion from all of the staff and doctor was wonderful and made this painful process much easier. Our girl did not suffer and passed peacefully over the rainbow bridge. If you find yourself in this horrible situation I highly recommend you consider using this clinic to help your loved pet pass peacefully.“

3101 IN-32, Westfield“Hamilton Crossing treated Poncho like the special dog child that he was. Jennifer was his groomer and the best groomer and compassion and appreciation for how Poncho was loved. Poncho had a TPL and later he got cancer. He had two surgeries before we decided to live out his wonderful life. He made everyone who met him smile. Jennifer continue to groom him perfectly from his puppy stage to 16 years. He died two weeks after his birthday after his Dad and me took care of him. He will be in doggy heaven but he made heaven on earth for all of his family. I will grieve forever for losing him but it was just time. He died at home and looked beautiful with the care of his earlier grooming by Jennifer?“

13694 N Meridian St, Carmel“The Best Vet in town! Ive been taking my dog and cat there since they were young and the Staff (Beth and Staff at the front counter) are always helpful and get me in quick if one of our animals is sick. Dr Carter explains thoroughly what to do and help my pets health, especially the glucosomine gummies. My dog has some minor hip problems and with the gummies it has made him more comfortable and playful! So grateful for this!“

508 Stony Creek Cir, Noblesville“Our family recently faced the difficult choice to let our chronically ill, elderly dog go. We chose Well Pets Twilight Services for this sad occasion. Dr. Scott's communication from the initial inquiry, throughout the planning, and into the weeks after our dog's passing was compassionate and kind. We are so grateful for the choice to have allowed our pup to remain completely comfortable at home for the rest of his life and for the ability to send him off from and grieve in the privacy and comfort of the home we shared with him for more than thirteen years. As a family with other animals, when faced with a similar decision and given time to choose, we will reach out to Dr. Scott again. Cannot say enough good things about his compassionate care and the positive impact and difference it made in our time of sorrow.“

2355 Pleasant St, Noblesville“We brought our dog in to Dr. Flanders because she was suffering from sudden partial paralysis in her hind legs. We thought it was a neck injury from running into a wall. Dr. Flanders did x-rays and testing. He said her symptoms were not making sense, so he actually did research to try and see what was going on. He also called other local vets to see if they had seen anything like this at their practices. He came up with a different possible diagnosis, Coonhound Tick Paralysis, and we began to slowly see progress. When we were unable to bring her in (she's 70 pounds), he would take the time to call us at home to get an update. We were able to send in videos so he could see her progress. She had partial paralysis for a full month. I'm happy to say that she made a full recovery. We surprised the staff with a visit. She walked right in to see everyone. Dr. Flanders never gave up on our girl and showed professionalism and care! Very impressed by him and his staff.“

15887 Cumberland Rd #105, Noblesville“the staff here is kind and very understanding. the cat i brought in is a 16 year old lady & they are always so gentle with her. my only issue would be with dr. mark park. i had him twice and both times i left frustrated with how my animal was treated. the first time i brought in to him he brought up putting her down before even testing her ear to try another antibiotic. he brought up a heart murmur that can be temporary caused by stress & made it seem like a bigger issue.the mass in her ear was caused by infection and he was so quick to bring up cancer. the second time i came in he started the appointment by saying “just a reminder she is 16” & tried to bring up putting her down again. and then went up to the front to gossip while our nurse was doing everything. when our cats ear started bleeding he just pushed a cotton ball on it & went right back to talking not even bothering to clean her up or check on it. on TOP of all of that he prescribed her a medication she didn’t even need because he didn’t look at her medical history. he had no compassion for my pet. when i made another appointment i specifically asked to not get him again. take your pet here for the rest of the staff they are sweethearts, but i recommend asking to not get Dr. Mark Park unless you want a negative outlook on your pets care.“

1375 S 10th St, Noblesville“I am grateful to have found this veterinarian and have had nothing but excellent experiences here. Dr. Hastedt and her staff are awesome!
Our first trip was just an exam, and it went great. Our second trip was for heartworm testing, and it went even better. Everyone at this facility has treated our family and our precious Louis the Poochon with respect and care.
You couldn't ask for a more kind and professional staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.“

970 E 181st St, Westfield“We adopted 2 puppies in early August, and chose Coyne as their vet as recommendation from my partners mother. They have been VERY helpful. They are so quick to reply via email/text, and are always thorough and kind. The staff is always friendly. My only complaint is that when you arrive and there is a line of people it can become chaotic as there is no system to "get in line". A lot of the time, people who have just walked in will walk up to the counter and be helped before you even if you've been waiting for some time. Would be helpful if one side was for people waiting to be checked in the other for those checked in as people are often just standing around randomly. Or even a number system like the BMV? Not sure, but usually at least 10 people in the lobby when we arrive and it's a lot to navigate trying not to cut others but also trying not to be cut yourself.“
“The staff are always very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their pets to be well taken care of, and for a vet that really listens to your concerns! Love these guys!“
