I could have given this review any number of times when Jon has helped us out at our business and home. He does a great job, good pricing and stands by his work. Big shout out to Cindy in the office as well. Great team. Highly recommended!

I am a home owner who has used Purkey's HVAC services multiple times over 28 years at this address. The first time I called them it was in the middle of winter with temps below 20 degrees. My furnace was 30 years old at the time and stopped working. Dispatch told me that they were extremely busy with other calls but would try to get to us as soon as possible. 90 minutes later they showed up at my home...and I didn't even have an account or service agreement with them! These guys could have easily blown me off, but didn't. Every time thereafter I needed service, I called Purkey's. Always arrived within the time estimated. They are such pro's that they put on these white "booties" over their shoes before walking thru my house. I thought it was funny at the time, but impressive. From that point forward, this positive impression remained with me and I told myself if and when I needed a new furnace, they'd have first shot. My old tired HVAC unit finally gave up the ghost. True to my word, I called Purkey's for a quote on a new one. Price was competitive. I flashed back in my mind to when they didn't know me from "Adam" and took care of me during that very first call. They show me several brands in various price ranges and I bought the new furnace right on the spot. The showed up on time, installed the new one and hauled the old one away and didn't leave my house in a mess. 28 years...These are the only guys I use. Gene Cicero, IN
