Great, quick, personable service! The Gordon's replaced my water softener system & the pressure tank. Water is soft now with no rust or iron, pressure is good, and water tastes great!

We used them on our well for years. Around Thanksgiving 2020, our well stopped working.They came out and discovered a broken underground line. They used a boring machine and put in a new line for several thousand dollars, and the well worked again. In the spring I discovered there was no water to the outside spigots. The line to the spigots was right next to the new work they did, but they didn't connect to it. I called them back and they connected it, and billed us another $250. I told them it was their mistake and we should not be billed for it. They told us if we didn't pay, they would report us to the credit bureau as deadbeats. We didn't want a **** against our spotless credit so we paid. We felt this was shabby and exorbitant business practice, especially to a customer of 20 years, so we will never go back, and we warn others not to use them.

Was at work. 16 year old daughter called me at 11 am and said all the water in the house was not working. I called Gordon and Sloffer and they had my issue fixed by the time I got home from work at 3 pm. Awesome service. Couldn’t be happier. And only $255 to fix my issue!!
