I never visited his gym, but thanks to James, I was able to improve my skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He taught me one of the fundamental moves, the pendulum sweep, and saved my butt in competition. Mr. O'Connor is a passionate advocate for physical fitness. If you're in this area and looking for a gym, don't bother exhausting yourself any further because O'Connor Martial Arts is the right call!
Coach James is sooo good with kids. He's great at teaching kids and adults of all ages martial arts. He's kind, informative and very patient. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in jujitsu or self defense.
My son has been on team O’Connor for about 4 years now and we just love them. Both James and his wife Tera have always made us feel welcomed. My son has progressed not only in martial arts but is taught life lessons in discipline and respect. I really appreciate the effort they put into these kids making them strong and confident.
