Positive was that beds were always available with little wait.Negative is that staff including the manager don't know how monthly plans work. I tried to cancel on 3/3 before I left on vacation but I was told I couldn't cancel then because I didn't have membership long enough. I specifically asked when I took the membership 6 weeks earlier whether there was a minimum membership length and the answer was NO! So when they wouldn't let me cancel on 3/3, I was told that I could cancel before the next withdraw on 3/15. So I got back from vacation and went in to cancel on 3/14 just like I was told. This place is never open on time anymore 30min-1hr passed the opening time. I drive 20 min here just to have to turn around and go home. When it is open the staff is nice and good place to tan.

So yeah, could definitely use an update. Dingy and outdated. But Emily at the front desk might be the friendliest person I've ever met. She could definitely take those customer service skills big time! Good pricing as well.
