was told during application process that if approved deposit could be put down at move in the the rent at move when we received call that we could get it told them I had deposit was told had to check with owner then was told owner was emailed then they were texted and that. the person was going by the owner house then got told no on deposit and that someone else had been selected.when I had deposit in hand .i feel we were misinformed I will be posting this on several social media sites and have bought a spot in 3 newspapers to post this experience. the proper soulation would be to stand by your word and accept the deposit. but this is going out on several sites sorry for the negative comments but it is what happened.
