Kind, genuine and gentle people. My cat has never been so calm after a vet visit. She usually hides under the bed afterwards, but she is currently out in the living room and sleeping in the sun. Easy to work with, allows you to comfort your pet while receiving difficult shots, and are very knowledgeable. Absolutely pleased with this vet!
This is the best vet we have ever been to the way they treat your animals is very comforting you can see how much care they have for them we take our dog and cat here they treat them like family and the prices are the best around
Everyone (save one) was so kind and understanding when we had to euthanize our cat. The lady that ran my card the first time wasn't too friendly; then she came back as they were doing it, waited and as we were walking out she snagged me and said they had a miscommunication and "you owe us $60 more". Maybe it's me but I thought that was super tacky and tasteless. Waiting around while they are putting my baby down just to tell me I still owe you more because if YOUR error? Like, what, am I gonna sneak out? Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Everyone else was so kind and thoughtful though. I'll be back for sure, just hope I don't have to deal with that one ?
