Westshore Homes had quite the adventure when they took on the job at our home. It was supposed to be a two day install of two baths. One was a complete bath makeover. The other was a bath and floor. It took almost 3 weeks. There was one disaster after another - which can happen when dealing with an older home. We had crew after crew in come on various days for three weeks. Now, that might sound horrible, but the people who work there - or lets say the people who make up Westshore made what could have been a terrible experience not only tolerable, but downright the best it could be. If I wore a hat, it would be off to John Prescott, who came out at the first sign of trouble and then stayed on top of things all the way through the project. He gave me confidence that things would be right - and he would make sure of it. He did site visits often and with good cheer, even when things looked bad. He also sent Tommy Stuart, a master at his craft, to fix the problems that no one else could solve. Mr. Stuart, Tommy, was a delight to work with - bringing positivity and a can do spirit to everything. His is truly an expert - and made the difference in his attention to detail. Tommy's care fixed much good will. Also, I want to mention the lead of the first crew that came out - Gavin - who was a true professional, taking responsibility for the job - and working to get the project moving forward. Almost everyone that came out from the company went above and beyond the expectations. I thank them for their persistence and grand spirits on a difficult job. J-537808 - Great Job.
