We were assigned to this company based on our home warranty company. We were initially sent a message from the warranty company that we’d possibly have to wait 24-48 hours for a response but we called anyway…we immediately got an answer and despite it being the weekend, Tim still came out to help us! He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Our air was back on and running within 30 minutes of his arrival! Heating and Air issues are a pain & intimidating but we felt very well taken care of. We are very grateful!!! Highly recommended!

Most companies would have told me I needed a new unit just to try and upsell. Not this guy. You have issues with your furnace or AC, call this company first. He will be the only one I call for now on.
We were assigned DAHC via our home warranty company for what I thought would be a quick fix. It then turned into a full system replacement once DAHC came out and fully inspected the issue. They showed up when they said they would (I'm sure after working 12+ hours at that point,) submitted the paperwork timely and then had the system replaced shortly after getting the green light from the warranty company. They treated our problem like an emergency (even when I didn't think necessary.) I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Tim and Team for the professionalism, communication and promptness!
