“I had a loose crown on top of an implant. The office staff and dentists are great. They got me in within 24 hours of my call, identified the fact that the screw to implant was loose at my appointment, removed filling in crown, tightened screw, refilled and sent me on my way. “I started seeing Dr. Kasting as a child growing up in Oldham County. As an adult, I have moved several times throughout Louisville and have tried to find a dentist closer to where I now live. Long story short, no one I have seen compares to Dr. Kasting & his staff! I now drive almost an hour to his office for my dental appointments. I don't know many people who enjoy going to the dentist, but Dr. Kasting makes it a pleasant experience - his gentle nature, his explanations of procedures, the way he seems to genuinely care about his patients & his profession. “Dr Jenkins does great work. I previously had a lot of dental work done in Seattle including an implant in the front. I broke that implant playing with my dog. I was so worried to seeing another dentist, but Dr Jenkins and his staff put me at ease.He did a fabulous job on my new implant. He did everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied. “My dental assistant & dentist were professional & friendly. The doctor explained everything to me. My dental assistant explained the procedure & my post procedure instructions. They both did everything they could to ease my fears. I didn't feel any pain. The front desk person was nice but they do not seem to communicate with each other. I told the first person that i knew my appointment was at 11:00 and why I was there early for my appointment. Because i worked that night, I was hoping I could get worked in if they had time. I also said that I understood if that was a problem. I was willing to wait. The other office person asked me did i know my appointment was at 11:00. Which kinda threw me off since I had previously stated it. My previous appointment was never written down. I showed up and they had no record that i called and made the appointment. .
However the desk person did explain my bill ahead of time. Im sorry I am not good with names.“
