Illiana Heating & Air Conditioning sent two very diligent and professional technicians who arrived on time and took time to explain their process. I was very pleased with the amount of time they took to make sure every duct was clean and then showed me the photos afterwards. Great employees - Nathan and Isaac.

I switched to Illiana a couple of years ago and have been very pleased with their service. I'm on their monthly plan so my biannual checkups are "free". When my 20+ year-old furnace conked out last year, I purchased an all new heating and air conditioning system from them. This spring when I turned on the new AC for the first time I noticed an annoying rumbling sound that shouldn't be there. It was intermittent and inconsistent and tricky to troubleshoot; but three service calls later, they finally figured out what the problem was: a rattling piece of sheet metal tubing that needed securing.
