I can't speak highly enough about our experience with Hanover Veterinary Hospital. Our girl had a ruptured oil gland, we're from SWFL & they got us in within hours for her to be examined. All of the staff are very kind, friendly & compassionate. We waited under 5mins before her examination began, the vet assistant was very sweet & informative. The Dr was a very sweet lady & who knew exactly what to do & the had the issue handled very quickly & with great care! Also I just received a call 24hrs later from them checking up on how Gracy was doing. As far as the bill went, they are very reasonable & it was much less than we anticipated... read full review
Hanover Veterinary Hospital has been wonderful to my boy, Eddie. He most recently had to have knee surgery and the care that he has received pre-op, day of surgery and post-op has been exceptional. April has offered constant/continued support & I credit her with Eddie’s smooth recovery. (She has been a wealth of information, and I am so grateful for her) Jake, Kelly and Katie have been especially wonderful and are always so incredibly good with Eddie. And Amy at the front desk is always so helpful and welcoming. (Truly — the entire staff there is fantastic. They are very nice lady they took Good care of my cats. Help ppl if they are low income. I got three of my boy cats neutered there. They call you day before let you know about your appointment for your pets. Then they call you let you know how your pets doing.
