“District of Art Hair School located off Commercial Dr., in Lowell, IN was a nice find. My husband prefers a barber shop cut over a salon & we stumbled upon District of Art Hair Academy while at the nearby UPS. He walked in and said it was a very pleasant experience. The student barber/stylist was attentive to his needs and cut specifications. He was very happy with the final cut and the instructor directed the student with minor corrections. He said the gentlemen were both friendly & conversational. Price point was above average for a teaching experience but other than that an overall win!“
