Hunter did a great job. Transparent in his troubleshooting, articulated the problems clearly, wasn’t afraid to get dirty and offered up cost saving ideas. Jason, the service manager, was very knowledgeable and very professional.
Hunter did a great job! I had issues that needed addressed on a Saturday night. He came out and was able to resolve the issues and did a good job explaining to me what was going on and how to fix it. He is knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! I would for sure use him again and would strongly recommend him! Jason was also extremely helpful in communicating with me and arranging to get someone out to me as soon as they could. Very positive experience with this company!
We had a main drain pipe clog (we didn’t know at the time) that needed to be addressed urgently as water was overflowing from our kitchen sink onto the floor! We called Zoom Drain and were able to get a technician in an hour. Josh was able to address the situation right away with one look. He Was professional, real, and quick! he fixed our drain and eased our nerves by explaining the problem. We appreciated very much the quick service and were so glad it wasn’t anything more serious. We can’t thank Zoom Drain enough for their quick service!!
