Christamore Court Apts… Wednesday June 18 ,2025…We had a flooding issue in our lobby… We had no emergency maintenance ph # to call.. Steve left after the storm locked the maintenance room door… The fire alarm went off, then the maintenance room lobby water sprinkler went off…Flooding the whole Community room n front lobby… We called nCitizens Power to turn the water n Alarm off…. It was a big mess👎

Andy Torkelson, the site supervisor, for The Linc Apartments in Valparaiso is an absolute SAINT. He was kind and thoughtful enough to notify me and take video/pictures of a utilities construction mishap happening while I wasn't there.
The site is 6-8 feet from my property and Andy has been fantastic about letting me what's happening when and how it might impact my business. He is so conscientious.
