I have been with owner/operator, Brittaney Fortwendel for more than two years, even before she opened in this location. She has been very effective in helping me recover from surgery. She is a very capable pilates instructor/trainer. Her studio is a serious place for serious people who wish to be more fit and healthy. Using a variety of equipment, including reformers, Brittaney can help you with specific issues as well as general fitness. She is an accomplished practitioner of NKT(Neuro-kinetics)and vibration therapy to attack problem areas, such as knees hips and shoulders.
