Cathy does a great job. Definitely recommend her eyeliner tattooing.I went to others and never stayed on, but 5 years later, a few simple touch ups, and love it. Very reasonable rates.
Wonderful from start to finish . Well informed , comfortable atmosphere and clear professional expertise . I received permanent eyeliner and will return for my follow up in one month !
