My first day at this school I was so scared to go inside that I was literally trembling in my car, but I am so thankful I took a leap of faith. My sensei (Michael) and all students were so warm, encouraging, and inviting, and I immediately felt at home. I've been wanting to get into martial arts for a while now, and I was determined to find a place that offered everything I was looking for under one roof. That's when I found the School of Self Defense.
The variety of classes immediately drew me in, and I knew I had found the right place. Michael, the instructor, is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He provides individualized techniques tailored to each person's specific needs, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their training.

A great place to learn. Michael makes it very easy and fun to learn. The techniques are practical and relevant for real world application. If you are looking for a practical self-defense system , or a great work out, I would highly recommend this school.
