Prosand flooring has completed two home improvement projects for me in the past year. Our old, beat-up hardwood floors now appear to be brand new. The transformation is unbelievable. Carl and his crew were awesome. We redid our hardwood floors. The process took about 8 days from start to finish because we also had them do some trim painting. Painting our 1/4 round and stair banisters by HAND was very impressive. The finished look is spectacular. Dark wood stained floors against a creamy white 1/4 round makes the the floors really stand out as the 1/4 round was stained to match our old floor color. Our floors looked brand new and the crew painstakingly applied 8 different stain finish samples as we were looking for a very specific finish.
