After seeing Amy and Meredith, I feel the best I have felt in 8 years, and I finally have relief from enduring pain. These professionals are true experts in their field. Not only are they very knowledgeable and skilled, but also they are friendly, kind, and encouraging. Amy is incredibly responsive and, if there is an emergency, she will do everything she can to fit you in. I truly can't say enough about how thankful I am to have found this practice.“

“Words cannot even express my gratitude for BenchMark PT in Carmel. I had total knee replacement surgery, and I experienced a series of complications afterwards. I’m going on my fifth month of PT, so it’s been a long healing process for me, but Dr. Marie has been my light shining in the darkness. She’s encouraging, kind, gentle, intelligent and always smiling when I walk through the door. If it was not for her expertise, I would’ve had to go under a knee manipulation, which would’ve set me back (once again). Dr. Marie prevented me from more trauma to my knee and instead she provided me with healing. In addition, the Carmel PT office is always clean and welcoming thanks to Caitlin who keeps the office in order and in tip top shape! I have had zero issues with my insurance and Caitlin always is on top of my weekly PT scheduling. “I'm a relatively healthy person (knock on wood), but I've been to this Community Health Pavilion in Carmel multiple times. This place has different doctor's offices and service providers located within this one building. It reminds me of an indoor mini mall, because there is seating in the middle, with offices all around. Me, personally? I've been here to visit the Quest Diagnostics for blood draws, visited the walk-in breast screening services for my yearly mammogram, had an X-ray done for abdominal woes, and brought my children to visit the urgent care. There are also endocrinologists here, OB/GYN care, physical therapists and other physicians and services. The waiting room is big and open, and it's always been very peaceful and calm whenever I have visited. I don't enjoy visiting any kind of doctor at any time, but whenever I visit a doctor or get a procedure done here, it's always been a good experience.“

“I was a patient at Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital (IRH) for 2 weeks in June 2024, after a 3 week stay at the Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. I arrived at IRH very weak and needed help with everything I did. My experience at IRH was exceptional. On a scale of 1-10 I rate their therapy and all the staff a 10+. I'd rate their food an 8, but I am an excellent cook. I received therapy 3 hours a day, split into 2 sessions. The therapists were all encouraging and for the most part I worked with 2 therapists, one for PT and another for OT - making it easy to work together. They explained the purpose of each exercise and why it was important to do. They gave me print outs of each exercise and routines to follow when I got home. The entire staff of IRH were friendly and always attentive to my needs and wants. The Director of Therapy, Dave, always stopped and to talk and ask how things were going and any suggestions I might have. The new CEO, I don't recall his name, even rolled up his sleeves and helped me get off the toilet one day when he came to visit. I left so much stronger and confident than when I arrived. I used a walker and could walk greater distances and returned home able to do and care totally for myself. I have since graduated to a cane. I would go there again in a heartbeat and recommend IRH to anyone.“
