We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing in the past numerous times to fix our pipes and they have done a wonderful job. This time around we had Ted and he is amazing! We had a clogged in our kitchen sink which he was not able to fix but he recommended Zoom drains which they were able to fix. He was worth the service fee. Our AC went down and I had to check to make sure there wasn’t an electrical issue, so I reset the panel and all the electricity went out. Ted was so sweet that he came to the basement to check on us which was my toddler and I and even tried to troubleshoot it for us. Unfortunately it was beyond him. I scheduled a service call to have a techician inspect and review my sump pump system. Shawn explained to me in very understandable and complete terms what my options were, what should be a priority, and what I could safely postpone. He greatly helped me to understand the system and decide what my next step should be. He is very patient, respectful, and a great listener.
Appointment made timely, gave great recommendations, discussed services they can offer and recommendations for services not offered from their company. Plan to follow-up and use this company for recommended plumbing services.
