I've been working out at Paradise for 2 years now. I've gained 15% muscle mass and lost 14 pounds. John is great! He changes my routine every 8 to 10 weeks so my muscles don't get used to the same workout. I like the fact that I don't have to waste time waiting for a machine at the gym. I originally went twice per week and have increased to 3 times per week. Best decision I've made for my health. I feel great!!

I have worked out with several personal trainers and John was the only trainer that completely transformed my body. He is very structured and knows how to work all the muscle groups appropriately. He knows how important stretching is and makes a point to stretch you after the weight training. John will structure a program to meet your goals.

Best trainer. I trained solo for years before finally deciding to switch over to using a personal trainer and the difference is night and day. John has helped me to actually be accountable and train to my potential. He even helped me realize the areas where I could improve, and gave me a roadmap to do it. Definitely recommend!
