“Dr. Smith had diagnosed an issue with my peripheral vision, which wasn't detected in many of my prior visits to other clinics. I knew something was wrong with my left eye for a long time. Her diagnosis had helped a lot, and I am taking more breaks from my laptop hours. She and the staff has been very caring, and had accommodated my changes in schedule etc. If possible, i will give a 7 star rating.“

“Sometimes, you don't need all of the bells and whistles when it comes to an eye exam. That's not to say the optometrists at Target Optical aren't thorough -- they are. They're just efficient, and for a lady like me who likes efficiency in general and needed to get in and out specifically on the day that I visited, Target Optical fit my needs. I knew my prescription had not changed since the last time I got my eyes checked 12 months ago, so I just needed a doctor to check my eyes and confirm my suspicions by writing me a prescription. I was able to get my eye exam and prescription in hand in about 30 minutes. Also, my appointment started on time, and they didn't pressure me to order glasses or contacts from them. I told them that I just wanted my prescription because I wanted to buy a specific style of glasses elsewhere, and they were basically like, "Good, thanks for visiting, have a wonderful day," etc. I came back on a different day because I needed them to take my optical measurements for some glasses that I was buying somewhere else, and they didn't even blink as they measured my eyes and wrote down the measurements to give to a different optometrist. They didn't even charge me, either. Dang. All of this just endears me to Target Optical for my basic optometry needs.“

“Dr. Fagin and his staff were amazing. I worked with a Nicole and another young woman (I didn't get her name - 1 p.m. EST appointment). Nicole made sure that all of the equipment was working correctly so my eye exam would be accurate. Dr. Fagin took extra time with me and updated both my prescription and diagnosis and gave me a handout with extremely useful advice. Thank you!“

“One of the best decisions I have ever made! After being told by another provider that my myopia was too strong I reached out to LASIK Vision Institute. They assessed and cleared me as a candidate within a week. The following week I was having the procedure done. By my follow up I was at better than 20/20 vision! Everyone I interacted with - the front desk, techs, optometrist, and surgeon - were friendly and professional. They all made me very comfortable throughout the process.
