“This may be a long review but I have so many good things to say about this salon! They are doing everything right!
1 - The salon looks like a spa - it smells very good and is immaculate! Very soothing colors.
2 - The owner/front desk/reception is always very friendly and accommodating. When I verified the services I wanted, she shared the additional cost right away. No surprises!
3 - My technician was available right at my appointment time (even a few minutes early). I have been frustrated with other salons when I show up for an appointment on time and they are running 20 minutes behind due to taking a last minute walk in (a quick check of the sign in book confirms this). I understand the desire to accommodate walk ins but please be respectful of appointment times.
4 - You can book an appointment online and choose a technician (if you wish). The app is easy to navigate and all of the services are listed. More importantly you don’t run the risk of making an appointment with a specific technician only to find out “they are no longer with the salon” and they just book you with someone else. This has happened to me several times and I would have appreciated a heads up and given the opportunity to choose another technician.
5 - Lastly, the best part. Ryan did a full set of acrylics and they are beautiful! I have short stubby fingers and sometimes I walk out looking like I have shoeboxes on my fingers ?. The polish was done perfectly. No pooling or sloppy work around my cuticles. He was quick but not rushed. And I appreciated being in and out in a timely manner.

Mary did my nails today and she always does a wonderful job with art designs and makes sure each nail is perfect in shape and matches each hand. Would always 100% recommend and I definitely have!“

“I usually get my eyebrows done here but, today I also got a gel pedicure and dip powder manicure over my natural nails. Eunyi and her new tech did such a great job. They were both awesome. I am very pleased. Thank you so much for making my upcoming trip worry free!

Requested style: Despite my manicure being dip powder and my pedicure being gel, with the help of Eunyi and her tech, I was able to match the colors perfectly .

“Since moving from Chicago, I have been struggling to find a reliable and worthwhile nail spot. I have tried several locations and can't seem to find somewhere I want to keep returning to. After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!“

“The negative reviews (1 star) are from scammers trying to take advantage of a small local business. Shame on them.

Sarah and Jason were both amazingly hospitable and professional. They took their time to make sure I got the nails I wanted! The shop is also clean and in a great part of town with plenty of parking!

“I tried Clay Nails after seeing my girlfriend’s toes and nails and I could not be more pleased! Not only did they turn out fabulous, they were all very welcoming and friendly! For as busy as they were I never felt rushed or hurried. It was beautiful inside all white with chandeliers, super clean….and I loved the fact that they line the pedicure bowls with new plastic each time and use sterilized tools that you can see! I left feeling so amazing! As an added bonus, Needlers is right next door so i was able to get my shopping done too! Perfect place all around!“

“I have been going to Van for years. I feel bad that I have never left her the review she deserves. Whenever I have tried another nail salons closer to my house and salons that might be newer or decorated better. But they are not the meticulous quality that Van and her sister Julie are (extremely talented) do and they’re fast too. I highly recommend making appointment because they book up the day or two before you need them. John, Van’s husband does nice pedicures when Van or Julie are busy. But for my dip nails? I ask for Van or Julie????

Requested style: I love my dip nails because they last and look natural, never thick or uneven. Great shape no matter what the clients preference is.
