They do a nice job here and the people are so friendly. I have especially gotten to know Sandra a little bit and she is a truly great person and very good at her job.My only complaint is that the prices at Morellis are very high. They do do a nice job, especially with dress shirts. But for simple stuff like pants or sport coats, there are other options that are much cheaper that deliver similar results. But I do sometimes pay the higher price here when I need something done right

I have been using this cleaner at this same address for over 5 years. The counter woman has been there, all those years. Sorry, but at this present time, I cannot remember her name. She knows the business, is incredibly nice and professional. I have never has an issue with how my drycleaned clothing is returned to me. I was even notified about spots they were not able to totally removed. I hadn't noticed the spots before dropping the clothing to be cleaned.Every company that provides thos service, have similar pricing. My Morellis cleaners customer service sets them apart from other dry cleaners. Thank you team.

Earlier today I gave a rather negative review of Morellis Cleaners. I am here to say that the error was corrected and all is very good. Thank you Sandra at the Carmel location for your professionalism and helpful attitude. Errors happen to all of us but they stood by their service and made it right. Some was due to staffing and the Covid 19. We all need to be a little more patient during this time. Thanks so much all.
