I have been seeing Scott at MH Meridian & Main for years and he is the absolute best! He takes the time to find out what my biggest problem area is, provides the perfect amount of pressure, and always sends me home with suggestions on stretching techniques to continue working on my pain in between our sessions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect mix of relaxation with therapeutic massage!
Only giving four stars because there’s no family plan option. Would love to be able to send my husband when he’s up to it, using the discounted rate since I’m already under a program. Otherwise, I’ve enjoyed this spa!
Becky is amazing, very intuitive as to what your body needs as far as intensity of the massage. She has brought such relief to my aches an pains. If I could I would do weekly or bi weekly massages but stick to monthly. Sooo worth it!
