We used Langenwalter for the first time to clean our carpet and to stretch out an area that was bunched up. Brian was wonderful to work with. We had Steve out to help remove many different stains that other carpet cleaners were unable to remove. Not only did he remove all of those spots, but he also was able to repair bleach stains and perfectly match the color of our carpet. I am so impressed! Steve gave an estimate before he started doing the work; he was efficient; and he protected all of the corners of our cabinets and corners of our walls. This company came highly recommended from me, and I understand why. They have earned my business for the lifetime of my carpet. (At some point, I may switch to hardwoods!)
