I, personally, had a very good first experience with these professionals. The dentist, the dental tech, the financial front, the front desk — everyone was very kind and professional. I didn’t sense that anyone wanted me out quickly or that I was taking up space and time. The dental tech and dentist, themselves, were refreshingly straight-forward and kind. This weekend, my 3 year old fell on his face and knocked his front tooth into his gum. Yes, like a whack-a-mole game. His regular dentist was closed and we couldn’t get through to anyone on the emergency line. I started calling around for help. Lakewood was the only place that was open. I explained the situation to their front desk team and despite their packed schedule, they squeezed us in. They demonstrated a tremendous amount of understanding and compassion for our situation and took the best care of our son. My wife is the one that ended up taking our son to the actual appointment and she had an excellent in-person experience also.

The staff are all very friendly and courteous. Dr. Sevara is easy to understand and knowledgeable but sometimes speaks too softly for my old, unassisted ears. This morning's crown installation was done very quickly and painlessly. Overall I am quite pleased with them for my dental care.
