My joints don't hurt! I breathe better! My skin is better! Elizabeth has a beautiful studio that offers heat booth, Blue Cube cold plunge, the Halo red light and salt booth, plus she is so experienced and great at so many types of massage. The time and care she gives to each client is 10x above anywhere I've been! This studio is awesome!

Really good therapeutic massage. Elizabeth spent time to understand what my goals and needs were and did a great job for my first deep tissue massage. There was a lot of open dialogue about pressure and pain points and she offered great suggestions on therapy options. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had periodically gotten massages from various people in town whenever I felt I needed one until 2 years ago when I first went to Elizabeth. She does a great job asking you about pressure points and specific areas, great at communicating btw appointments and her prices are I believe the most competitive in the town, given the value of the massage therapy you receive. I only book appointments for massage therapy with her now. She's courteous, professional and highly trained in her work. You're also supporting a local business which is great!
