Theres a very good reason that this buisness has over 100 reviews, and not a single rating under 5 stars: Its because they underpromise and overdeliver. I needed a very basic clean on my PC Tower. The work was completed in half the time promised, and for 60% cheaper than any other quote I was given. Not only was the cleaning exceptional, they also updated my core heating software. My computer is running quieter than ever, even when under load. We will absolutly be return customers.

I only saw 5-star reviews on IndyComp and Alex. Now I see why. I brought my Dell laptop to him when we were unable to restart it. He fixed it and cleaned it up and gave me advice for maintaining my laptop. He was courteous, and what I paid him saved me money in the big picture. I'll be sure to return if I need computer repair in the future and will recommend him to my friends.

Service was awesome! First I needed a tiny little screw to mount a solid state drive. He gave it to me for free. After that I had trouble reinstalling the CPU cooling fan. Something was broken. I called him back and he stayed late till I got there to drop off my computer. He took time out of his schedule to work on, and fix, my computer the very next morning. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs any kind of computer service, be it a new computer or repair of an older one. You won’t be disappointed.
